I would like to let you know about my wonderful experience buying 'on trust' ( ie unviewed) from Ernest. This is the second time I am purhasing an appliance from Hirsch in this way. As I do not normally have a car available it is impossible to view these products and have no doubt the dishwasher due to be delivered tomorrow(Tues) will be as Ernest has said, in good working order albeit without a guarantee. Ernest is easy to speak to and a pleasure to do deal with.
I would appreciate it if you could convey my sincere appreciation to him.

Excellent Service in Cape Town
I Met Stacey at Milnertons branch last Wednesday for the 1st Pensioners day.Only coffee was being served and as a Englishwoman am an teaholic. Stacey went out of her way to see that I had a cup Of 5 roses.Today I attended the Chata Romano presentation, Stacey remembered me and went to get my tea for me without being asked

I thought Hirsch's is going the same route as most companies that fail miserably in after sales service. After speaking to Glenda, who promised to get the best person to attend to my problem. You did deliver? No. You over delivered. The service men were prompt, efficient
and took the time to explain to my wife on how to best use the fridge. A big thank you for your professionalism, your customer management skills and keeping to your word. You have reinforced my belief that Hirsch's is the best for appliances.

GOOD SERVICE REWARDED
Jean Simpson at Hirsch’s Milnerton was surprised when receiving a gift from a customer for excellent serviced received. Anne Marais bought a Defy fridge from Jean on 19th April. Upon delivery of her new fridge Miss Marais found that she was missing an egg tray. Jean took it upon herself to ensure that the problem be rectified. She paid for the missing egg tray (R40.00) out of her own pocket and arrange for our delivery team to deliver it free of charge to Ms Marais. Overjoyed by Jean going the extra mile, she bought Jean a present and sent it back with the delivery team to give to Jean accompanied by a letter of thanks for the excellent service she received from the Hirsch’s team. Congratulations Jean for going the extra mile and taking the responsibility to solve the problems that may arise.
