Your guide to Hirsch's Black Friday!

  1. Hirsch’s Pre-Black Friday Sale is now LIVE on our website.  Shop deals now. 
  2. We will be unlocking our Black Friday Sale with selected deals daily from 23 November 2020 to 26 November 2020. Deals will be released for viewing at 5pm every day, for purchase the next day (beginning at midnight)
  3. Hirsch’s Black Friday Sale with full catalogue will be available on 27 November 2020 at midnight (00:00)
  4. Stores open from 7am - 7pm on 27 November
  5. All deals are restricted to one item per customer.
  6. Create your customer account in advance to avoid any delays during the checkout process.
  7. Due to our recent website update, we kindly ask for all existing customers to reset your passwords.  Reset now!
  8. Anyone purchasing a TV is required to provide a valid TV license.
  9. Deals may be restricted to in-store or online only. This will of course be stipulated.
  10. In-store collections will available from selected locations ONLY.  
  11. In-store collection will not be available on Black Friday (27 November 2020). In-store collections will be available from the 28 November 2020.  Please be advised, collection may only occur once you have received email confirmation that your order is ready for collection.  
  12. We hope to have your goodies delivered to you as soon as possible but please allow us between 7- 14 days for this to happen.
  13. We’ve got a variety of payment options for your Black Friday shopping experience. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with our payment portals and that you are signed up to the account that is relevant to your payment preference.
  14. No laybys will be accepted for any Black Friday deals. 
  15. Should you not be satisfied with your product purchased from us by reason of a defect, incorrect choice of product, or otherwise, you may bring in the product for an assessment. Once an assessment of the product is completed by our suppliers, then a refund or replacement will be completed.
  16. An item that is added to cart does not mean that it is reserved for you or that you have paid for it.
