Mobicred is a simple and convenient credit facility that allows customers to safely shop online and in-store at 55 000 + participating retailers; with us being one such store.
Mobicred grants approved customers access to an online revolving credit facility up to R50,000* to purchase items online and in-store; the user pays 7.5% of the outstanding balance each month and gains access to any monies paid back into the account for purchases again.
The displayed monthly payment amount is indicative monthly pricing of 12 months at 22.25% interest per annum including a monthly fee but excludes a once-off account initiation fee. Please note the interest rate is subject to change. NCRCP38/FSP 44481
New Mobicred users:
Complete your onetime application on either the Mobicred APP or website.
Once approved, you can return to the Hirsch’s website and pay for your items using Mobicred* or pay in-store using the Mobicred APP.
Existing Mobicred users:
- Select Mobicred as your payment option during checkout.
- Login using your Mobicred username and password.
- Enter the one-time pin (OTP) that will be sent to your mobile phone.
- Confirm and pay.
- Your Mobicred account will be debited and we will send you a confirmation email of your order.
In-store Purchases:
- Open the Mobicred App and select Purchase.
- Click the Purchase button under "Other Retailers".
- Enter the total amount of the sale.
- Give the code to the cashier.
- That’s it. You have just paid for your goods.

Mobicred Fees
As a revolving credit facility, Mobicred repayments are calculated as % of the account balance plus fees.
These fees will be confirmed with you by Mobicred on opening your Mobicred account.
