 Hisense Buy and Win: FIFA Club World Cup Own the Moment Compeition- Terms and Conditions

 1. Introduction

 1.1. The "Hisense Own the Moment: FIFA Club World Cup Competition " (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is organized by Hisense, hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer."

 1.2. The Promotion offers eligible customers the chance to win one of three (3) double tickets to the FIFA Club World Cup ,2 x Return flights to New York and 3 Nights accommodation by   purchasing certain participating products within the specified Promotion period.

 1.3. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be amended or varied by the Organizer at any time.

 2. Promotion Period

 2.1. The Promotion will run from 5 May 2025 and end on 15 June 2025(the "Promotion Period").

 2.2. All entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. Entries received after the closing date will be automatically disqualified.

 3. Eligibility

 3.1. This Promotion is open to all individuals who are residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older, and who have purchased eligible products from participating retailers during the   Promotion Period.

 3.2. Employees of Hisense, its affiliates, agents, and any other parties directly involved in the organization or administration of this Promotion are not eligible to participate.

 4. Participating Products

 4.1. Any Hisense product purchased over the value of R5000 including Vat are all eligible for entry into the promotion (Hisense Mobile phones is not applicable)

 4.2. Only purchases made from authorized retailers and official Hisense stores are eligible for entry into the Promotion.

 5. How to Enter

 5.1. To participate, customers must:

 a) Purchase any of the Participating Products during the Promotion Period.

 b) Register their purchase by completing the entry form on the official Hisense Promotion website by providing required details such as name, contact information, purchase receipt, and   product serial number: https://hisense.co.za/campaign/fifa-buy-win/

 c) Submit the entry form for validation and automatic entry into the Promotion.

 5.2. Each valid purchase of a Participating Product grants one (1) entry into the Promotion. Multiple entries may be submitted if multiple Participating Products are purchased.

 6. Prize Details

 6.1. There are three Main prizes available in the Promotion, each consisting of:

 Two (2) tickets to attend the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 Final to take place on July 13 in New York City
 2 x Economy Flights per prize to New York return.
 3 Nights accommodation in New York
 6.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

 6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

 6.4 Weekly winners will be drawn randomly to obtain prizes valued at R10 000 limited to TV , Refrigeration , Small appliances . Portable AC

 7.1. Winners will be selected via a random draw, which will take place within 7 days of the Promotion closing date.

 7.2. Winners will be notified by phone or email using the contact details provided in the entry form within 7 days after the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first   attempt to reach them, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 7.3. The decision of the Organizer regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

 7.4 All Winners must be eligible for USA Visa and this expense is for the winner account

 7.5 Winners must have valid passport to travel and reside in South Africa .

 7.6 This competition is only open to South Africa

 8. Claiming the Prize

 8.1. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified. Instructions for claiming the prize will be provided at the time of notification.

 8.2. Failure to claim the prize within the stated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.

 8.3 Winners who receive a weekly TV prize must produce a Valid TV license to obtain the prize

 9. General Conditions

 9.1. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

 9.3. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions that may affect the submission process or access to the Promotion.

 9.4. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice for any reason.

 10. Liability

 10.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may arise directly or indirectly from the Promotion or the acceptance of the prize.

 10.2. The Organizer’s liability is limited to the value of the prize awarded.

 11. Governing Law

 11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa .

 12. Privacy Policy

 12.1. All personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and will be processed in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy   Policy and in compliance with the South African POPI act.
