 Terms and conditions:

 

 By entering the Instant Shop to Win giveaway you agree to the following: 

 This competition is only open to citizens and residents of South Africa, who are older than 18 years, with a valid South African bank account.

 Total Prize value: R10,000 cash prize paid out via EFT into a valid SA bank account.  Cash prize to be paid out, within 7 working days, once the purchase receipt for the Instant Brands appliance   has been verified, and the winner bank details are verified.  The winner will complete and sign a letter verifying the bank details and submit back to Instant Brands before the payment is made   via EFT.  The winner shall allow the giveaway organisers (Instant Brands South Africa) to make their identity as the winners public, as well as provide a recent photograph for publicity   purposes, if requested.

 

 The weekly cash prize will be selected and notified on these dates

 18 November , 13h00 – 1 winner, R10,000 cash prize

 25 November , 13h00 – 1 winner, R10,000 cash prize

 If the organisers are unable, for any reason, to make contact with the winning entrant within 24 hours after the draw taking place, they reserve the right to draw an alternative winner.

 Organisers reserve the right to change the draw dates and end dates at their own discretion

 It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that their entry contact details are correct on the entry form below.

 Organisers (Instant Brands South Africa) will store the information provided in the entry form for use to select the winner.  These details will be stored for 60 days from the start of the   competition: 11 November 2024.  Should you wish to not receive future marketing communication from Instant Brands South Africa, do not select the “Opt In” tick box on the entry form.

 Employees, agents of or consultants to Instant Brands South Africa or any of the partners, their immediate family members (parents, children, brothers and sisters), spouse(s), life partners,   business partners and associates are not eligible to enter or win this competition.

 Subject to these terms and conditions, the determination of the winner is performed via random selection by our IT team.  The 4 weekly winner name selections are final and no   correspondence will be entered into.  The R10,000 cash prize is non-transferable. 

 By participating in this competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in immediate forfeiture of the   prize.
