Spring Promo Terms and Conditions 2022

This Offer is organised and promoted by Top Coffee, Skyview Retail Park, 67 CR Swart Drive cnr Freda Road,
Bromhof, Johannesburg (the “Promoter”). All participants (“Participants”) in this Offer shall be subject to these
Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Offer, participants warrant that they have read and agree to
abide by these Terms and Conditions.

 

1. This offer applies only to machine(s) purchased from select Nespresso® Participating Retailers in South
Africa within the promotion period specified on the Coffee Voucher. The date of purchase is the date reflected
on your original proof of purchase in the form of a till slip or similar docket issued by the retailer (copies of
debit card or credit card receipts will not be accepted).
2. The Coffee Voucher is redeemable only through the Nespresso® Club on 0800 63 7773 / club@nespresso-
sa.co.za, or through the Nespresso® Boutiques and Booths.
3. The Coffee Voucher is redeemable only upon registration of the machine to which it applies, completion of
the registration details required in the Coffee Voucher and subject to the purchase of the minimum required
coffee.
4. The whole value of the Coffee Voucher must be redeemed on one occasion. No part of the Coffee Voucher
value can be redeemed as cash or converted to a credit on account for future use or exchanged for another
product.
5. The Coffee Voucher is valid only for the dates stipulated in the ‘Promotion Details’ section.
6. Nespresso® is not responsible for the loss/damage/expiry of this voucher and will not replace
lost/damaged/expired coffee vouchers.
7. Incomplete Coffee Voucher details will not be validated and will disqualify participation in this offer.
8. The Coffee Voucher will not be validated without a valid original proof of purchase showing the machine
model, machine serial number, date of purchase and the name of the retailer.
9. The Coffee Voucher may only be redeemed once against each individual machine purchased.
10. This offer is limited to a maximum of five (5) machines per customer.
11. The Coffee Voucher is not valid for Wholesale, Professional and Business partners within the B2B and
HORECA markets, or for the purchase of machines for resale.
12. The Coffee Voucher values are inclusive of VAT and redeemable in South Africa only.
13. The Coffee Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

 

Nespresso® collects the customer’s personal information in order to conduct the Offer. The Promoter may, for
an indefinite period unless otherwise required by law, use the information for promotional, marketing and
publicity purposes including but not limited to sending electronic messages to the Participants. All personal

HOW TO REDEEM ONLINE

Register your Nespresso® coffee machine with Nespresso® and receive
R500 OFF your purchase of Nespresso® coffee capsules when purchasing 10 of more sleeves of coffee

Step 1: Register your machine online at www.buynespresso.com and activate your two (2) year Nespresso®
machine warranty

• To access the online Nespresso® machine registration page, scan the unique QR code printed on the machine
pack hanging tag or on the coffee voucher received in-store using your mobile device. To download a suitable
QR Code Scanner, visit your mobile application store
• Complete the online Registration Form and insert the 19-digit alphanumeric barcode that you can find on the
drip tray, or underneath your new machine
• Upload a copy of the ORIGINAL machine INVOICE (copies of debit card or credit card receipts will not be
accepted)

Step 2: Redeem the R500 FREE coffee voucher offer
• Once online registration has been validated, the Nespresso® Club will send you email communication within
three (3) working days of registration, containing your unique Coffee Voucher code which will enable you to
receive R500 OFF your coffee purchase online, when you purchase 10 or more sleeves, at
www.buynespresso.com

 

HOW TO REDEEM IN NESPRESSO® BOUTIQUES AND BOOTHS, OR THROUGH THE NESPRESSO® CLUB

Register your Nespresso® coffee machine at any Nespresso® Boutique, Booth or through the Nespresso® Club
and receive R500 OFF your purchase of Nespresso® coffee capsules, when you purchase any 10 sleeves of
coffee.

 

Step 1: Register your machine and activate your two (2) year Nespresso® machine warranty
• By visiting any Nespresso® Boutique, Booth or calling the Nespresso® Club on 0800 63 7773
• Insert the 19-digit alphanumeric barcode that you can find on the drip tray, or underneath your new machine
on the reverse side of the machine pack hanging tag by filling in the digits in the space provided or by
completing the coffee voucher received from a participating retailer.
• Present the ORIGINAL machine INVOICE (copies of debit card or credit card receipts will not be accepted) at
any Nespresso® Boutique or Booth. When registering your machine through the Nespresso® Club, you will be
required to email an electronic copy of the ORIGINAL machine INVOICE

Step 2: Redeem the R500 FREE coffee voucher offer
• Once registration has been validated, redeem the R500 FREE Coffee Voucher when purchasing 10 sleeves of
coffee by visiting Nespresso® Boutique, Booth or calling the Nespresso® Club on 0800 63 7773.
• Purchase any 10 sleeves of Nespresso coffee and receive R500 off your purchase immediately.
