The pan from the Cortina Granitium series by BALLARINI with a base diameter of 28 cm offers you plenty of space for Italian joie de vivre and fun in creative and healthy cooking. It is equipped with a five-layer GRANITIUM non-stick coating that lets you cook with almost no oil or fat added. Thanks to excellent heat properties on gas, electric and ceramic stoves, the flavors of your dishes are fully preserved when cooking. The heavy-duty aluminum pan in forged quality inspires with exceptional properties. The non-stick coating with mineral particles is extremely heat-resistant and can be used at temperatures up to 250 ° C. The pan is flat, scratch-resistant and also suitable for metal kitchen utensils. You can safely clean the pan in the dishwasher or by hand. The pan has an ergonomically shaped, thermally insulated plastic handle. This is equipped with the thermopoint display, which gives you information about the pan temperature: the ideal roasting temperature has been reached with red, with green the pan has cooled again.
