The medium-sized Rialto pan in forged quality in a heavy version by BALLARINI is ideal for meat, fish and vegetables. Thanks to the scratch-resistant, triple ceramic KERAVIS non-stick coating, the dishes can be easily removed from the pan base and develop their genuine taste. You can do without adding fat or liquids to the flat pan. This allows healthy, low-fat cooking. With a diameter of 24 cm, the pan is ideal for everyday use in smaller households. On the outside, the solid model has a powder coating in a decorative matt black cast look, which means that it also cuts a good figure when serving. The black plastic handle is ergonomically shaped and provided with the thermopoint. This changes color from green to red as soon as the optimal roasting temperature is reached. After cooling, the Thermopoint appears again in green - now the pan can be cleaned safely. The resistant non-stick coating allows the use of metal utensils such as spoons and spatulas. The pan is also suitable for the dishwasher and is therefore easy to clean. Thanks to the coated, finely turned bottom with logo, the flat model can be used on all types of stoves except induction.
