Care Instructions for Your Hisense Top Loader Washing Machine:

Taking good care of your Hisense top loader will help maintain its performance, efficiency, and appearance over time.

After Every Wash:

Wipe down the inside of the lid, the top edge of the drum, and the control panel with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
Leave the washing machine lid open for a period after use to allow the drum to dry and ventilate, preventing odours and mildew.
Cleaning the Detergent/Softener Area:

Wipe down the area where you pour detergent and fabric softener regularly to prevent sticky build-up. Rinse detachable parts if your model allows and dry thoroughly.
Cleaning the Magic Filter:

Your machine features a Magic Filter to collect lint. Remove the filter after every few washes (or as indicated in your manual) and clean out the collected lint under running water. Re-install the filter correctly.
Cleaning the Drum/Tub:

Run a Tub Clean cycle periodically (refer to your manual for instructions). This cycle helps remove detergent residue and build-up from the tub. You can use a dedicated washing machine cleaner or white vinegar if recommended in your manual.
Exterior Cleaning:

Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner if necessary, then wipe dry. Avoid spraying water directly onto the control panel.
Water Inlet Filters:

Periodically check and clean the filters located in the water inlet hoses where they connect to the machine. Turn off the water supply before disconnecting the hoses.
Loading:

Avoid overloading the machine. Refer to the capacity (14kg) and your manual for guidance on load sizes. Overloading can affect washing performance and stress machine components.
Detergent:

Use the correct type and amount of detergent suitable for top-loading washing machines. Follow the detergent manufacturer's recommendations.
Check Pockets:

Always empty pockets before washing to prevent damage to the machine from items like coins, keys, or tissues.
Moving or Storage:

If you need to move or store the machine, especially in cold conditions, consult your manual for instructions on properly draining all water to prevent freezing and damage.
By following these simple care tips, you can ensure your Hisense WT3K1423UB Top Loader remains in excellent working condition, providing reliable performance for your family's laundry needs.
